Depending on when you placed your order; you will receive a receipt with your order # via email first.

If your order was placed M-F 8am-3pm central time. You will receive an email with your course login information within 2-4 hours. If you need access sooner use our chat box to send us a message. After hours please expect a longer response time.

If your order was placed M-F after 3pm central time. You will receive an email with your course login information within 4-8 hours. If you need access sooner use our chat box to send us a message. After hours M-F please expect a longer response time.

If your order was placed Saturday or Sunday. You will receive an email with your course login information within 24-48 hours. If you need access sooner use our chat box to send us a message. For Sat/Sun please expect a longer response time.
